Health

How Source Health Works

  • OK means the source returned usable data for the current briefing pull.
  • Degraded means the source was reachable but produced no usable items or only partial signal.
  • Failed means the source timed out, rejected the request, or returned an error during the pull.
  • Refresh retries every source, including failed and degraded pulls.
  • If too few live items are available, clearly labeled sample fallback items can be added so the dashboard remains usable.
Source inclusion does not imply endorsement. SecNote uses public source text as input for triage and always links back to the original source for verification.
